1.How does the Product pricing and charging methods?

The unit price of our all products are base on FOB China Zhangshan port.

Trading in China is a domestic sale, we only charge the RMB currency and open a VAT invoice according to national regulations. The exported is the goods that are shipped to outside of China or region, we currently only charge US dollars.

2.How long is the delivery time?

In general, after we receive the deposit and the order confirmation, the production time will take about 4 to 6 weeks, we will try our best to control the delivery within six weeks, and the large quantity of orders will be agreed to the delivery time.

3.Can you develop customized products? What is the MOQ and related cost for customized products?

We mainly produce solid brass accessories, of course, we can help you develop new style products, but you will need to pay for the new mold cost, and the MOQ of the first order is 1000 pcs, after the second order, the MOQ will be returned to the regular MOQ 600 pcs.

4.Does your product meet the standards of the major international markets?

Most of our customers are located in the United States and Europe, so our products are strictly followed with EU RoHS and US CA65 compliance. In addition, we also have our own laboratories, all of our products need to pass CASS and OVEN tests before shipping, please do not worry.
