All of our Solid Brass Trigger Snap Hook are conformed to the RoHS of EU and the CA65 of USA standards.
The lead content is under 90 ppm, our factory has an internal laboratory, and each batch of raw materials are tested in advance to confirm that the lead content is below 90 ppm before being put into production.
Product Feature:
Sand casting: the demensions tolerance is about 0.5mm, the mold cost is cheapper but the capacity is a little lower.
Die casting hot forge: the demensions tolerance is about 0.3mm, the mold cost is more expensive but the capacity is higher.
Technology:
Sand Casting: this is the most traditional molding method, the dimension tolerance is in about 0.5mm, and the mold cost is cheaper than the other way.
Die Casting: it is great useful to produce the large quantity of the goods, the dimension tolerance is in about 0.2mm, but the mold cost is more expensive.
Packaging of Objects:
We use PVC or poly bags for packing to avoid collisions and scratches caused by collisions between objects during transportation.
