We have our own X-ray testing machine to test brass material even day.The Leda (pb) content , Cadmium (Cd) content , Mercury canteen and Chromium ( Cr) content are all under 100 PPM .
The lead content of all brass snap fastener is under 90ppm. The indoor Lab perform OVEN test and CASS test before every shipping.
We always add lacquering coating on our hardware to prevent being get oxidized, we also performed PBB/PBDB test to make sure the lacquering coating is within Rohs and REACH standard.
We also ask SGS to perform nickel release report to control 0.5μmg/cm²/week as REACH standard.
